Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 41050 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
41050 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call at any time. Any such communication should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported to customer support.
Payments, Transactions and MYR Deposit or Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the 41050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved online banking methods, including direct bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or unlawful collusion with other users.

41050 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 41050 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
41050 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions without giving rise to any claim for compensation.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Amendments to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
41050 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a security threat. In the event of a confirmed closure due to a breach, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard policy within the specified timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials found on the 41050 platform are the exclusive property of 41050 or its licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without prior written permission from 41050.
Amendments to Terms and Third-Party Links
